Information about the coffee region

This sourced in our Cooper Rita farm in Serra Mantiqueira - Brazil.  Cooper Rita's remarkable journey started in the 1950s, driven by the remarkable courage of a collective of 63 visionary producers hailing from Santa Rita do Sapucaí, a region nestled in Minas Gerais affectionately dubbed the 'Electronics Valley.'  These dedicated individuals united their efforts with a shared vision of elevating the status and profitability of rural activities within their municipality. On December 29, 1957, this collective effort bore fruit, giving rise to Cooper Rita - the Regional Agricultural Cooperative of Santa Rita do Sapucaí.

This is a naturally processed Red Catuai bean.  The finish is incredibly satisfying, leaving behind a lingering taste of caramel and hazelnut that stays with you, reminiscent of the aftertaste of a decadent dessert. The subtle fruity undertone of nectarine adds a surprising twist, leaving a refreshing and pleasant sensation on your palate.
